Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping rates depend on weight, size, and destination — full costs appear at checkout.

International orders usually arrive within 5–14 business days. During busy seasons or customs checks, delays may occur. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details.
All items are carefully packed, but if your order is damaged during transit, contact the carrier to file a claim — we’ll gladly help guide you through the process.
We ship worldwide. For oversized or heavy packages, we may contact you with a custom quote.
Returns Policy
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
To start a return, email our support team with your order number. We’ll provide clear instructions or a return label. Please use a tracked and insured method — return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you by email. Approved returns are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
If an item was purchased during a sale or with a discount, the refund will reflect the final price paid.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
